摘要
从认识论高度对哥德尔不完备性定理潜在的科学和哲学价值展开分析,认为它揭示了人类理性以及一切理性文明成果都具有局限性。在此基础上,进一步讨论了知识的不确定性问题,并指出科学结论只具认识论意义而无本体论意义,但知识的有效性并不因此而丧失。
Godel's Incompleteness Theorems on Mathematical Logic have potential scientific and philosophical value. Standing on the height o{ epistemology,this paper makes an analysis on its significance and argues that human rationality and all civilized achievements is limited. Moreover, the uncertainty of knowledge is discussed. Thus it is shown that any scientific conclusion has only epistemological meaning and no ontological implication. Despite all these,the validity of knowledge will never lose.
