在我国高校广泛开展的大学生篮球联赛(CUBA)包涵着深厚的文化底蕴,作为校园体育文化的一个有机组成部分,它对于推动校园体育文化的发展,推进大学生素质教育全面提高,培养跨世纪的优秀人才发挥着重要作用,因而应当进一步积极培育和完善CUBA文化机制。

This paper has expounded the fundermental roles the Chinese University Basketball Association （CUBA） plays on the campus sports and cultural development, and the promotion of the quality of education and training university students to be comprehensive cross-century talents, and calls for the further crltivation and perfection of the cultural system of CUBA.
