摘要
以挣值法为基础,分析了项目成本与进度绩效分析的评价指标,说明了利用MSProject进行IT项目成本与进度集成控制的思路和方法。
Based on Earned Value theorem, the author analyzed the evaluation indices of projects＇ cost and schedule performance, and then explained the thinking and the approach for using MS Project to carry out integrated control on IT project＇s cost and schedule.
