摘要
针对目前TPMS采用两个单片机控制存在的问题,提出了新的设计方案,即将两个单片机控制的系统改进为3个单片机控制,分别为轮胎模块单片机、信号接收模块单片机和显示报警模块单片机,通过软硬件设计实现系统功能。最后进行波形对比分析和实验对比分析,结果证明在少量增加成本的基础上,明显地提高了接收效率,对提高轮胎压力监测系统的可靠性及稳定性具有重要意义。
In recent years there has been increasing public awareness of the impact of the tire pressure levels on vehicle safety. The important guide lines of TPMS are the receiving efficiency and the accurate frequency. Formerly, the TPMS had two manipulative cells, namely, the tire pressure sensors/RF transmitter and central receiver. The receiving signal by wireless has disturbance, so if it uses the style of breaking take - over, it will take up the massive time resources of single - chip. And they ean affect the efficiency of carrying out other assignments. In view of the existing problems, a new design was proposed , which ineludes three single - chips different from the old module. They are tire pressure sensors/RF transmitter, receiver module and display module. The system function can be achieved via the design of software and hardware. The contrastive analysis of waveforms and experiment shows that the receiving efficiency is greatly increased on the basis of the lower cost. The new system is of great significance to improving the TPMS' reliability and stability.
