摘要
由于任务请求的随机性,使得岗位配置面临如下难点:当岗位配置较多时,由于服务请求有限,岗位的闲置率较高,人力资源浪费比较严重;而岗位配置不足,则服务请求得不到及时处理,导致服务质量下降。针对这一难点,以概率分析为基础,分别对等概条件和不等概条件下,人力资源的配置、调度优化进行理论推导和算法研究,提出了基于概率分布特征的岗位配置与调度优化方法。
The randomcity of requirements submitting results in the difficulties in allocation of positions: when the positions are set overabundant, the limited requirements lead to the extravagancy of human resource ; when the positions are set insufficiently, the delayed server leads to lower server quality. In view of the above difficulties, based on the probability analysis, the theory and algorithm for scheduling and optimizing human resource under the constancy probability and stochastic probability were deduced in this research. The probability - based methodologies for scheduling and optimizing positions were proposed.
