成都市学龄儿童腰围及其相关指标特征分析 被引量:1

CHARACTERISTIC ANALYSIS OF WAIST AND ITS RELATED INDEXES AMONG SCHOOL CHILDREN IN CHENGDU

摘要 [目的]了解成都市学龄儿童腰围、臀围、腰臀围比和腰围身高比水平及年龄性别特征,探讨其与身高、体重的关系。[方法]随机整群抽取成都市城区两所小学6~12岁儿童为研究对象,测量其身高、体重、腰围、臀围,计算其腰臀围比、腰围身高比,并对各指标进行描述性及相关分析。[结果]儿童腰围和臀围值随年龄增加而增加,男生大于女生(P﹤0.05);腰臀围比随年龄增加而下降,男生大于女生(P﹤0.05);腰围身高比有随年龄增加降低的趋势,男生大于女生(P﹤0.05);腰围和臀围分别与身高、体重均呈明显正相关,腰臀围比与身高呈负相关(男生r=-0.116,P﹤0.05,女生r=-0.442,P﹤0.05),腰围身高比与体重呈正相关(男生r=0.532,P﹤0.05,女生r=0.198,P﹤0.05)。[结论]该市学龄儿童腰围、臀围和腰臀围比均存在年龄和性别差异,腰围和臀围均与其身高、体重有关。 [Objective] To investigate the characteristics of waist circumference (WC), hip cireumference (HC). waist to hip ratio (WHR) and waist to height ratio (WhiR), age and gender among school children in Chengdu, so as to explore the relationship of these indexes with height and weight. [Methods] 2491 children at the age of 6 to 12 years were selected from two primary schools in the urban area of Chengdu. The height, weight, WC and HC of them were measured, the WHR and WhtR of them were calculated, and the description analysis and correlation analysis were performed to these indexes. [ Resuets] Average WC and HC values of boys were significantly higher than these of girls (P 〈 0.05), and increased with age. The WHR and WhtR showed a decreasing trend with age, the), revealed significantly higher in boys when compared with girls (P 〈 0.05). The WC and HC had directly positive correlation with height and weight. The WHR had negative correlation with height (boy: r = -0.116. P〈 0.05, girl: r = -0.442, P〈 0.05), The WhtR had positive correlation with weight (boy: r = 0.532, P〈 0.05, girl: r = 0.198, P〈 0.05). [Conclusion] WC, HC and WHR level of school children showed significantly different in gender and age. WC and HC may be correlation with their height and weight.
