摘要
[目的]检验应对效能训练方法的有效性。[方法]采用应对效能量表、一般自我效能量表、Beck抑郁问卷,对29名大学生进行应对效能的训练实验。[结果]实验组的应对效能在实验后得到显著提高,对照组应对效能在实验前后无统计学差异。[结论]应对效能训练可有效提高大学生的应对效能。
[Objective] To detect tile efficacy of training method of coping function. [Methods] 29 university students were treated with the training experiment of coping function by using measuring scale of coping function, measuring scale of general self-function and questionnaire about Beck depression. [ Results ] The coping function in experimental group was significantly increased after training, while it did not showed significantly difference before and after training in control group. [Conclusion] The training of coping function could significantly improve the coping function of university students.
