摘要
[目的]对念珠菌耐药现状进行监测。[方法]法国梅里埃生产的ATBFUNGUS2INT实验条,严格按操作程序操作。[结果]念珠菌对5氟胞嘧啶的敏感率最高,为93.18%,而氟康唑和伊曲康唑则分别为65.15%和62.88%。[结论]临床预防、避免真菌感染及合理使用抗真菌药物已迫在眉睫;微生物操作人员的知识面及良好的业务水平,对于指导临床合理使用抗真菌药物,非常重要。
[Objective] To monitor the current durg resistant situation of candida. [Methods] The durg resistant test were performed in line with file routine operation pattern by using the ATB FUNGUS2 INT produced by France BIONERIEUX.[ Results] The sensitivity rate of candida showed the highest rate to 5FC with 93.18%, while the sensitivity rates of FCA and ITR were 65.15% and 62.88%, respectively. [Conclusion] It is urgent to prevent, avoid the fungus infection and improve the profession capability of laboratory, technician. It is important to improve tile knowledge and professional capability of laboratory technician to direct the clinical rational use of antffungal drug.
