临界值质控图在实验室中的应用及其影响因素分析

ANALYSIS OF APPLICATION AND INFLUENCING FACTORS OF CRITICAL VALUE QUALITY CONTROL DIAGRAM IN LABORATORY

[目的]本文应用临界值质控图技术观察实验结果在临界值质控图中的变化,并对实验过程中影响实验结果的多种因素进行分析。[方法]经过20次实验,用临界值对照血清绘制质控图。[结果]把检测误差控制在容许限度内,使检测数据和结果达到给定置信水平下的精密度、准确度和可靠度,确保检测工作质量。[结论]该技术适用于抗HIV初筛实验室日常检测质量控制工作,具有实际应用价值。

[Objective] To apply the critical value quality control diagram to observe the change of the experimental resuits in the Critical Value Control Diagram, and to analyze the various factors which impact on the experimental results during the process of experiment. [Methods] The quality control diagram was drawn by comparing critical value with control serum after twenty experiments. [ Results] The detection error was control in allowable limit, allowed the detection data and results to attend the precision, accuracy and reliability of confidence level, and ensured the quality of the test. [Conclusion] This technique has actual apphcafion value in the daily quality control and test for preliminary HIV filtering in laboratory.
