摘要
[目的]了解唐山市中小学生家长对结核病防治知识认知情况,以降低学校结核病的流行。[方法]自行设计知识问卷,对474名家长进行调查并行统计学分析。[结果]我市中小学生家长结核病防治知识总体知晓为50.89%,结核病的常见部位知晓率最高为97.26%,结核病归口管理含义知晓率最低,为16.67%。[结论]中小学生家长结核病防治知识总体知晓率较低,普及结核病防治知识刻不容缓。
[Objective] To investigate the awareness status of knowledge about prevention and control for tuberculosis among parents of children in nfiddle and elementary school in Tangshan, so as to decrease the prevalence of TB in school. [Methods] 474 parents were investigated with self-designed questionnaires, followed by analysis of the data. [Results] The total awareness rate of knowledge about prevention and control for tuberetdosis was 50.89%, the highest awareness rate of the common positions where occurred TB was 97.26%. The awareness rate of the meaning of special management of tuberculosis showed to be the lowest with 16.67%. [Conclusion] The total awareness rate of knowledge about prevention and control for tubemulosis among parents of children in middle and elementary school reveals to be low, it is urgent to popularize the knowledge about prevention and eontrol for tuberculosis.
