类风湿性关节炎并发缺铁性贫血的治疗被引量：1

STUDY ON THE TREATMENT OF THE PATIENTS WITH RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS COMPLICATED WITH IRON DEFICIENCY ANEMIA

摘要 [目的]探讨类风湿性关节炎并发缺铁性贫血的疗效。[方法]选择我院住院的类风湿性关节炎并发缺铁性贫血患者40例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给以补充铁剂,治疗组在补充铁剂的同时加用小剂量皮质激素及促红细胞生成素。[结果]对照组治愈4例(20%),好转8例,无效8例,总有效率60%;治疗组治愈14例(70%),好转6例,无效0例,总有效率100%。两组总有效率比较有统计学差异(P﹤0.01)。[结论]补充铁剂和小剂量皮质激素及促红细胞生成素是治疗类风湿性关节炎并发缺铁性贫血的最有效治疗方法。 [Objective] To explore the efficacy of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis complicated with iron deficiency anemia. [Methods] 40 patients with rheumatoid arthritis complicated with iron deficiency anemia in our hospital were recruited, and randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was treated with ehalybeatus while the experimental group was treated with ferrous sulfate, small dose prednisone and erythropoietin. [ Results] 4 cases in control group were recovered, 8 cases were hnproved as well as 8 eases showed inefficaey. The total effective rate was 60%; Among experimental group, 14 cases were recovered （70%）, 6 cases showed to be improved as well as no one revealed inefficacy, and the total effective rate was 100%. Significant difference were found between the total effective rate in the two groups （P 〈 0.01）. [Conclusion] Combination of ferrous sulfate, small dose prednisone and erythropoietrin is the best effective way to treat patients with rheumatoid arthritis complicated with iron deficiency anenfia.
