根据焊接车间生产计划管理的实际需求,采用Visual C++6.0开发了面向CIMS下的焊接车间计划管理系统,实现了车间计划信息的集成化管理。该系统优化了复杂的生产过程,解决了生产过程中出现的等待时间长、在制品占用量大、信息反馈慢以及生产不均衡的问题,有利于提高焊接车间的生产效益。

With the requirement of product planning management in the welding workshop, a planning management system for welding workshop oriented CIMS is designed by using of Visual C＋＋ 6.0.The system has these functions which make the integrated management for planning information turning true,make the processing more reasonable,solve the problems（the long cycle,big stock,the slow transferring of information and no balance of producing） , and can be used to improve the efficient of producing.
