摘要
针对矿山支护用桁架在手工成型及焊接时出现的问题,设计了一套全自动桁架成型及焊接生产线。经过钢筋校直、切断、底环成型及对焊、锚杆端头成型、三角环成型及桁架的端头成型等工序,实现了整个桁架的成型和焊接。三角环成型胎具的设计解决了钢筋在小空间内的成环与焊接。利用电阻点焊和电阻对焊实现了对桁架结点的焊接,利用各种传动机构实现了整个生产线内部的有机连接。结果表明,研制的生产线成本低,效率高,运行可靠,能生产出合格的桁架。
In view of all sorts of questions that present in manual assembly and welding of mine supports and protections with truss. a set of completely automatic truss formation and the welding production hne is designed.The truss' forming and welding is implemented through some processes such as straightening and cutting of reinforcement,forming and welding neck of base ring,forming of anchor rod's terminal ,shaping of triangular and truss's tip and so on.The design of posifioner for the shaping of triangular solves the question that the reinforcement is shaped and welded in small space.Tile methods of spot welding and resistance welding neck are used to achieve the welding of truss-joints.And the internal connections of the whole production line are implemented by using all kinds of transmission mechanisms.Operation result showed that the product line is of lower cost ,higher efficiency and reliability ,by which the produced trusses are up to standard.
