摘要
根据钨极氩弧焊的特点,为更好发挥其功效,对WSE-500焊机进行了认真研究与分析。结合实际情况,对WSE-500交直流两用钨极氩弧焊机进行了一系列优化设计,如主电路功率器件由栓式改用模块式、散热器改为型材等,实现了小型化改造,使改造后焊机体积大幅度降低,焊机结构更加紧凑、合理,且大大减轻了劳动强度,焊机性能有所提高,达到了降低成本、节约能耗的目的。详细介绍了WSE-500交直流两用氩弧焊机的小型化改造过程。
Based on the characters of TIG welding,the WSE-500 TIG welding has been studied and analyzed better for its efficiency. According to the facts of many factories,some optimized design has made for the WSE-500 AC/DC TIG,for example the power device of the main current has become the thyristor with module from the bolt,the radiator has been become compact made figured aluminum,the miniaturized improvement has made,the cubage of the welding power source has greatly been reduced,the structure of the welding power source are compact much more and rational, and the working intension is greatly ligtened,the welding capabihty has been improved,the motive for reducing cost and economizing ability has been achieved.This article introduced detailedly course of the miniaturized improvement for the WSE-500 AC/DC TIG pulsed Arc welding machine.
