摘要
应用Pro/ENGINEER对环板式针摆行星减速器箱体进行三维实体建模,利用有限元法对其进行模态分析,采用HEAD acoustics噪声与振动分析系统进行振动与噪声测试,与计算的固有频率和振型进行对比分析,为环板式针摆行星减速器箱体的减振降噪设计提供依据。
The 3-dimension solid model of the reducer box with Pro/ENGINEER is established. Finite element analysis (FEA) method is used to analyze the vibratory modes. The vibration and noise measurements of the box is completed using the HEAD acoustics testing system. Comparison between the experimental and predicted value of the natural frequency and vifsation model is proceeded.
