摘要
首先介绍了异型曲面强化抛光装置的工作原理,建立了装置的虚拟样机,然后采用ANSYS对虚拟样机进行了动力学分析,分析发现响应幅值较小,无法满足设计需要。在此基础上,对装置进行结构优化,优化后的动力学分析表明:优化后的幅值有大幅度提高,达到设计要求。
The principle of strange shape strengthening and polishing equipment was introduced, and virtual prototype was established. Dynamical analysis was done by using ANSYS, which found that the amplitude was small in harmonic response analysis, and couldn't meet with machining requirement. After optimizing, structure dynamic analysis showed that amplitude was great enhanced and design demand was satisfied.
