交易成本经济学视角下的自贡盐业合伙

Zigong’s Salt Industrial Partnership under the Visual Angle of Cost Exonormics of Bargaining

盐业合伙是在盐业生产经营活动中,若干股伙共同集资凿井、租佃、购买生产现成井灶及设备,或者租佃、购买废井试办新厂的一系列经营活动。本文运用交易成本经济学核心分析工具——交易成本,对自贡凿井类盐业合伙进行了新的诠释,使自贡盐业的资本组织和经营方式得以清晰展现。

Salt industrial parnership is an activity of series managements such as partner＇s raising funds to dig well, tenancy, purchasing well, stove and facilities or purchasing wasted well for setting up the new mine in the course of salt production.This paper is an analysis with marketing cost economics to newly annotate partnership of salt industry of Zigong and make the manner of capital organization and management of Zigong to be clearly exhibited.
