摘要
对聚醚的酯化进行了研究,并探讨了反应条件.发现其反应历程为酰氧分裂,在钨硅酸催化体系下,温度控制在110℃以下,反应时间为7 h.酯化后,黏度下降较小,羟值较低.
The polyesterification of polyether synthesized by us and the reactive condition are studied. It's found that the reactive mechanism is acyl-oxygen fission, and that when wolfram-silica acide is used as catalyzer, the suitable reactive temperature is about 110 ℃ and the reactive can be completed in 7 hours. The viscosity and the hydroxy value of the reacting system decline less after polyesterification than before.
