This paper analyzes the present situation of the acquisitioning and processing department in the library of higher vocational college and the existing problems, and discusses the optimization scheme for the aequisitioning and cataloguing work in the library of Changzhou Textile Garment Institute from the aspects of making rational use of the human resources, and optimizing the process of acquisitioning and cataloguing work, etc.
