摘要
通过国内外参考咨询工作之比较,对我国图书馆参考咨询工作现状进行了分析,提出了把图书馆工作重心从第二线(采购、编目)向服务一线转移,从一般服务向参考咨询服务转移的理念。
Through the comparison of domestic and foreign reference works, this paper analyzes the present situation of the reference work of Chinese libraries, and advances the ideas of transforming the library's reference service from the second-line service (acquisitioning and cataloging) to the front-line service and from the general service to the reference service.
