This paper compares the gross wage of the workers on duty in cities and towns of Shanxi Province with that of whole country and the provinces in central China, and compares the industrial wages of Shanxi Province with that of whole country and the provinces in central China, finds some existing problems, and advances some corresponding suggestions.
