The course of Mining Subsidence Science is related to the subject areas of mining, geology, surveying and mapping, and environment, etc., and has the characteristics of strong integrity and practicability. This paper introduces the aim and significance of the teaching of Mining Subsidence Science, analyzes the course characteristics, and probes into the teaching methods.
