摘要
根据圆笼式过滤器的结构建立其流体力学模型,并在清洁状态时对其横截面和过滤通道内的空气流速与过滤阻力等性能指标进行了分析与测试。研究表明:其各项过滤性能指标的理论与实测值具有较好的一致性。空气在过滤通道内的风速与距进口的距离呈非线性关系,通道内各横截面上的过滤风速沿管道长度方向呈现倒抛物线形式分布。该模型的建立对进一步提高和改善圆笼式空气过滤器的过滤性能具有重要的参考价值。
Based on the structure of the round cage filter, a fluid dynamic model is set up. This paper makes theoretical and experimental researches on its filtering performance, including velocity spread and filtration resistance in the cross section and channels. The study shows that the theoretical values and actual values of its performance are in high uniformity. The velocities in the channel are not in linear relation with the distance to the entrance,the velocities at each cross section are in inverse-parabolic curve status along the length of the channels. This model can play an important role in improving the filtering performance of the round cage filter.
