摘要 提出了基于断裂力学基础上的微动疲劳裂纹扩展寿命估算方法,该方法的关键是计算微动接触界面上的分布力。运用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立了赫兹接触问题的计算模型,计算了接触界面上的分布力,将计算结果与解析结果进行比较,二者相当吻合,验证了ANSYS软件计算接触分布力的可靠性。对给出的算例,计算了接触界面上的分布力,进而估算了微动疲劳裂纹扩展寿命,估算结果与实验结果吻合性很好。 Based fracture mechanics methods, an estimation of the fretting fatigue life was presented in the paper, the key of this method is to calculate distribute force on contact interface. The distribute force on contact interface of hertz contact problem is calculated using finite element analysis software ANSYS, and the numerical results were compared with analytic solutions. It is indicted from the comparison that it is reliable by using software ANSYS to calculate the contact force. For the present example, the distribute force on contact interface was calculated, and the fretting fatigue crack propagation life was estimated, the results between calculation and experiment are in good agreement.
