环境应力筛选在武器装备研制中应用广泛,是保证产品质量的有效措施。在工程实际应用中,由于对标准理解的偏差,还存在一些急需解决的问题,如缺少环境应力筛选大纲、产品筛选大纲剪裁不规范、过程管理有待加强等,限制了筛选的应用效果,建议以MIL-HDBK-2164A为蓝本,结合工程实际,修订现有筛选标准GJB1032。

Environment Stress Screen （ESS） is widely used in the development program of arms and equipments as an effectual process to ensure the quality. But the national military standard of ESS （GJB1032-90） needs to be emended according to the engineering experience and MIL-HDBK-2164A for different comprehension in engineering application, such as no ESS program outline, nonstandard tailors and faulty process management, which restrict the effect of ESS.
