摘要
高管团队内薪酬差距是高管团队薪酬设计的重要组成部分,它对企业绩效具有重要影响。然而,关于高管团队内薪酬差距对企业绩效的影响效应,在理论上存在两种相反的观点。本文较深入地探讨了这两种观点,从中寻找到了一种分析高管团队内薪酬差距对企业绩效影响的思路,在此基础上构建了一个分析两者关系的模式。
As animportant part of the Compensation structure , the Compensation gap in top management team has an important impact on firm performance. In theory, however, there are two contrary opinions about the influence of the Compensation gap in top management team on firm performance. After the analysis of the two opinions, a thinking about the influence of the Compensation gap in top management team on firm performance is derived. On this basis, a model relating the two is established.
