摘要
城镇化过程中如何对失地农民进行补偿是保障失地农民利益的关键。本文通过对国内外失地农民利益补偿的原则、标准的评价,分析国内现有补偿模式的优缺点,并对失地农民补偿的改革思路和失地农民利益补偿的影响因素进行分析。
In the process of rural urbanization, how to compensate the deprived-of-land farmers is the key to protest their interests. On the basis of a study on the compensation modes currently practiced home and abroad, the paper analyses the merits and demerits of the compensation mode practiced today in China and the influence therefrom.
