Research on Principle of Reliance Protectiue in Administratiue Law

作为公法重要原则之一的行政信赖保护原则,强调政府对私人信赖利益的有效保护。随着我国行政法治的不断发展,行政信赖保护原则必将成为行政法上的一般原则。

As one of the important public law principles, the principle of reliance protection in administratiue law stresses that the government must protect effectively the private reliance interests. Along with the development of the administrative rule of law in our country, the principle of reliance protection must be the general principle in administratiue law.
