下吸式固定床气化木薯茎秆试验研究 被引量:21

摘要 利用下吸式固定床气化器对木薯茎秆进行气化实验研究,测量气化器反应层的温度分布,并且对气化气进行成分分析。结果表明,气化稳定时氧化层、还原层和热解层的温度分别大约在1000℃、800℃和580℃;在空气流量为10~30 m3/h的情况下,气化器均能稳定产气,产气的低位热值在3695~3974 kJ/m3之间,气化产率达2.04~3.32 m3/kg。 An experimental investigation of cassava stalk gasified in downdraft fixed bed gasifier was carried out. The temperature in different area in the gasifier was measure^t. And the content of the product gas was also analyzed. The results showed that when the air flow was 10-30 m3/h, the gasifier could product gas stable. The LHV of the product gas was 3695-3974 m3/h and the gasification ratio was 2.04-3.32 m3/kg.
