摘要
聚酯工业回收并提纯得到的对苯二甲酸(PTA),可应用于涂料用各类醇酸树脂,文章对配方设计和合成工艺作了一定的探讨。研究表明,用回收的PTA部分或全部替代高价的苯酐合成的醇酸树脂性能及树脂的制漆性能均可达到同类采用苯酐的水平。
Pure terephthalic acid of polyester industry been reclaimed and renovated can be used in various alkyd resins. The design of formulation and process of producation were discussed. The results indicated that partly or entirely use of the PTA in resins instead of phthalic anhydride, the properties of the coating can reach or surpass that of resins made ofphthalic anhydride.
