废弃物作为代替原料广泛应用于水泥生产,其带来的环境污染问题不容忽视。文章讨论了水泥生产过程中Hg、Pb、Cd等重金属的排放污染,提出我国需完善相应的环保法规,规定水泥生产中重金属的排放限量以及原料中的重金属含量,从源头避免重金属的排放污染。

Environmental pollution must be noticed when more waste materials are utilized as raw materials during cement production. It was proposed that the corresponding environmental statutes must be instituted, and the heavy metal emission limit and the heavy metal content in raw meal must be prescribed in the statutes in order to reduce the emission pollution.
