摘要
论述了滚动轴承在回转窑冷却机支承装置中的设计计算方法,在计算Fr时,对一般设计中的计算方法进行了修正和改进,省略了筒体斜度、托轮及轴自重的影响,引入偏心负荷系数、现场受力系数的概念,使计算更为简明合理;结合笔者的设计实践,举例印证了设计计算的方法。
This paper illustrates the design calculation method for rolling bearing in rotary kiln supporting device. During calculation of Fr corrcction, improvements have been made for the normal calcuation method, the influence of the simplified slope, the supporting wheel and axis self - weight has been omitted, and the concept of eccentric load coefficient, site force coefficient has been introduced, and this makes the calculation simple and reasonable. Examples are given to verify the design calculation method of this paper by integrating with the design experience of authors.
