摘要
分析比较了三种用于超硬树脂磨具的国产聚酰亚胺树脂粉,红外光谱和差热分析表明其结构相似。通过对树脂熔点、固化时间、流动性、弯曲强度、冲击强度和耐热性的分析,以及其在立方氮化硼(CBN)树脂磨具中的应用研究表明,A1树脂分子量较高,力学性能较好,但硬度偏软,适合精磨和抛光;A2树脂分子量适中,耐热性好,力学性能优异,具有优良的磨削比,适合切削和粗磨。
Three kinds of powdered polyimide for resin bonded ultra - hard wheels are analyzed and compared. The FTIR and DTA analysis indicate that the three resins have similar structures. Melting point, curing time, flowability, flexural strength, impact strength, and heat resistance are analyzed and their application in resin bonded CBN wheels are studied. The results show that A1 resin is adapt for exact grinding and polishing because of its high molecule weight, good strength and soft hardness, and A2 resin is adapt for all kinds of cutting and rough grinding because of its moderate molecule weight, high heat resistance and perfect strength.
