摘要
目的了解河南职工医学院护理职业技能课教学现状,为教改提供参考依据。方法采用问卷调查方式,对2006级护理专业的104名学生进行调查,并对结果进行分析。结果①教师职业素质评价:教学态度良好58.7%,能按时上下课66.3%,责任心、从严治教、掌控课堂纪律能力的优秀率均小于50.0%;②教师业务水平评价:课前准备充分61.5%,讲课熟练53.8%,讲解正确58.7%,语言清晰53.8%,课堂用语正确51.9%,其余项目均低于50.0%;③教学效果评价:优秀率均小于50.0%,其中关心学生动态和新教法仅各占6.7%。结论护理职业技能课教师的职业素质较好,但业务水平和教学效果亟待加强和提高。
Objective To master the teaching condition and effects of vocational nursing course in Henan Medical College for Workers and Staff. Methods Enact a teaching quality evaluation table of vocational nursing course (23 items, altogether), and a questionnaire survey was made among 104 students in Grade 2006 from the Nursing Department at random. Results According to the evaluation of professional qualities, excellent rate (in number) of teaching seriously was 58.7% , starting and ending classes on time was 66.3%, while responsibility, strict administration of classes and maintaining classroom discipline were less than 50%. According to the evaluation of the professional standards, the excellent rate of preparing for lessons fully was 61.5%, giving lectures skillfully was 53.8% , explaining correctly was 58.7%, pro- nouncing clearly was 53.8% , demonstrating correctly was 51.9% , while the rest items were less than 50%. According to the evaluation of teaching effects, the excellent rates of all items were less than 50% , moreover, the excellent rates of the students' trends and adopting new teaching methods were only 6.7%. Conclusion The professional qualities of vocational nursing course teachers are quite excellent, but the teachers' professional standards and teaching effects are in urgent need of strengthening and enhancing.
