学习和记忆与LTP关系的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 学习和记忆是与认知有关的两个不同过程,其中,记忆又分为陈述性记忆和非陈述性记忆两个主要系统。突触可塑性是记忆痕迹的基础,LTP是突触可塑性的重要表现形式,其变化与多种蛋白质的表达有关,不同的学习记忆过程会引起不同的基因表达并产生不同的蛋白质。本文就学习与记忆脑功能定位、神经生理学及神经生物化学机制、学习记忆与LTP关系近年来研究进展作一综述。
