A new method for extracting EPA and DHA from fish oil

研究了使用乙腈萃取鱼油镁盐的方法,并讨论了溶剂量、温度等因素对富集鱼油中DHA和EPA的影响。结果显示,使用乙腈萃取鱼油富集后,EPA、DHA的质量分数可达到72%。

The EPA and DHA were concentrated from fish oil by extracting their magnesium salts, and the influence of solvent volume and temperature on the enrichment of DHA and EPA was discussed. Results showed that after extraction with acetonitrile, the content of DHA and EPA could reach 72%.
