两种菌产两种不同天然苷类α-鼠李糖苷酶的研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用TLC法和分光光度计法研究了Absidia sp.G3g产人参皂苷-α-鼠李糖苷酶(RhaG)和Ab-sidia sp.R9g产芦丁-α-鼠李糖苷酶(RhaR)的酶反应特性。实验结果表明,RhaG只水解人参皂苷Re的C-6位末端上的一个α-鼠李糖基,而RhaR能水解芦丁、橙皮苷、柚皮苷的α-鼠李糖基。两种酶反应条件中相同之处是酶反应最适底物质量浓度为1.0 g/mL、最佳反应pH 5.0,不同之处是RhaG反应的最佳反应温度是50℃,而RhaR则为40℃。 The ginsenoside-α-rhamnosidase (RhaG) from Absidia sp. G3g and rutin-α-rhamnosidase (RhaR)from Absidia sp. Rgg were compared. RhaG hydrolyzed only the 6-C α-rhamnoside of ginsenoside Re, RhaR is able to hydrolyze the α-rhamnoside of rutin,hesperidin and naringin. The optimum conditions for both enzymes catalysis were substrate of 1.0 g/mL and pH 5.0. Optimum temperature for RhaG was 50 ℃, but for RhaR was 40 ℃.
