亚麻木脂素聚合物的提取工艺

Extraction of secoisolariciresinol diglucoside oligomer from flaxseed

为提高亚麻木脂素的提取效率，采用乙醇作溶媒从脱脂亚麻籽粉中提取了亚麻木脂素聚合物。优化提取条件为：60％乙醇60℃提取2次，每次4h，固液比为1：8。亚麻木脂素聚合物得率为14％～15％，SDG质量分数为8％～10％。

Secoisolariciresinol diglucoside oligomer was extracted from skim flaxseed with alcohol as solvent. When extracted twice with 60% alcohol at 60 ℃ for 4 hours and the ratio of material to alcohol was 1 ： 8, the yield of SDG oligomer was 14%-15% with the purity of 8%-10%.
