摘要
介绍了在一定条件下,利用激光能量与放大器输出的激光波形宽度之间的—对应关系来实现微弱脉冲激光功率的测量方法,描述了脉宽测量法的测量原理及对系统进行标定的方法;分析了对数据进行拟合的可行性方法。
A new measuring method of weak pulse laser power with the correspondence relation of laser energy and wave width of amplifier output is introduced in the paper. The pulse -width measuring principle and the system - demarcating method are described. The feasibility method for data fitting is analyzed.
