摘要
本文研究了2M_(ev)高能电子对中小功率双极型晶体管h_(FE)的影响,实验得到了h_(FE)与辐照剂量、热、电处理的关系,提出了一种可行的辅助控制h_(FE)技术。
In this paper, we study the effects for hFE of medial and small power bipolar transistors by 2Mev high energy electrons. The functional relation of hFE as Irradiation doses, heated and electrical treatments was obtained by means of experiments. We present a technology of feasible assistantly controlled hFE.
