该文阐述产油微生物种类及产生油脂机理,讨论碳源、氮源、温度、pH、培养时间等培养条件对微生物油脂合成影响,并介绍微生物油脂应用及进一步研究方向。

Species of oleaginous microorganism and the mechanism of synthesizing fatty acids are reviewed in this article. The influencing factors of fermentation such as carbon resources,nitrogen resources,temperature, pH and time last are discussed, meanwhile, the application and further research directions of oleaginous microorganism are analyzed.
