沥青硫化改性生成的硫化物类型及其反应机理 被引量:8

Determination of the Main Sulfur-Containing Compounds in Sulfide Asphalt and the Mechanism of Asphalt Sulfidation

摘要 采用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、凝胶色谱和氢核磁共振技术(1H-NMR)并结合电位滴定等方法,对基质沥青和硫化沥青中主要的硫化物类型进行了定性定量分析,并探究了沥青硫化交联反应机理。结果表明:基质沥青中的主要硫化物是亚砜,沥青硫化的主要产物是二硫化物和亚砜,硫主要取代沥青中β位上的氢。 X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), gel chromatograph, 1H-NMR, and electrolytic titration technique were employed to identify various types of sulfur-containing compounds and to determine their contents in sulfured asphalt. The sulfidation mechanism was discussed. The results show that the main products of asphalt sulfidation are disulfides and sulfoxides, and sulfur is mainly substituted for the β-hydrogen in asphalt during the sulfidation.
