为适应环保要求的需要,使外排污水中的氨氮达标排放,对单体脱氨塔装置进行改造,改造后装置运行较平稳,达到了公司要求的出水氨氮含量小于300 mg/L的指标,回收的氨水中Na+含量小于5×10-6,节能效果显著。
In order to meet for the environment protection requirement, to have NH3 -N content in discharged wastewater reach the Standard, Qilu Branch of SINOPEC Catalyst Co. revamped its monomer ammonia- removing column in 2005. After revamping, the column operates stably, reaching the required index of NH3 - N content 〈 300 mg/L. Na ^＋ content in the recovered ammonia liquor is 〈 5×10^-6, indicating obvious energy saving results.
