摘要
针对粗苯乙烯塔能耗偏高的情况,使用AspenPlus流程模拟软件,对单塔和双效精馏流程进行了模拟分析,结果表明双效精馏能降低能耗约30 kg/t。
To decrease the energy consumption of crude styrene spihter, the single tower a^d double - effect distillation process are simulated and analyzed by AspenPlus Simulation software. The result indicates that the energy consumption of double - effect distillation process is decreased by 30 kg standard oil per ton styrene product.
