The research expounded the concept,functions and basis of self-suggestion training by using the related knowledge of sports psychology theoretically.Strong will and emotional stability play a decisive role in FT.It also puts forward some strategies on improving Hit Rate of FT from the aspects of psychological factors of self-suggestion training,the training methods and training implementing steps.
