摘要 本文用四氯化钛、二氯化锶为原料,以氢氧化钠为沉淀剂,得到了钛和锶的氢氧化物共沉淀。然后,在水溶中于90℃反应4小时,产品经洗涤、过滤、干燥,得到钛酸锶粉末。产品经x射线分析,证明为立方晶系,P_(m3m),空间群。晶胞参数a=3.917A°。产品经扫描电镜观察,发现粒子外观基本呈球形,粒径分布均匀,大小在0.2μ左右。光电子能谱分析表明,产品中不含其他杂质离子。另外,本文还就沉淀剂的量、反应时间、反应温度、反应摩尔比等对产品的影响进行了研究。 This paper synthesized SrTiOs by copptn method. TiCl4 and SrCl2 were used as starting agent, sodinm hydroxide as precipi-ating agent. First preparing a hydrolysed product of a strontium and titanium compound in an aqueous alkaline solution having a pH of not less than 13.5, then the aqueous solution was continuously reacted at the reaction temperature of 90℃ for four hours . the product made by this reaction was filtered, rinsed with water and dried at 100℃ for one day. The product was analyzed by x-ray, comparing this diffraction pattern with an ASTM card, it was confirmed that the SrTi03 thus made was of cubic system. By an electron microscope anal, the particle size of the SrTi03was0.1-0.2u.
