On Views of New System of P.E. Curriculum and Knowledge and Ability of P.E. Teachers

针对新体育课程对体育教师的素质提出了新的、更高的要求,通过调查研究和文献资料,分析了传统体育课程存在的不足,探讨新体育课程观下体育教师的应具备的教育理念及体育教师的知识与能力,以促进教师更好地适应体育课程的改革。

Through literature data and comprehension analysis methods, the paper has analyzed the demerits of the traditional P. E. curriculum, and discussed the P. E. teachers＇ new educational ideas and qualified aptitude under the new system of P. E. curriculum. The P. E. teachers will be accordant with the reform of the P. E. curriculum.
