基于WebGIS水资源管理信息系统的开发

Development of Management Information System of Water Resources Based on WebGIS

随着Web技术与GIS技术的迅猛发展,设计开发基于WebGIS的水资源信息管理系统势在必行。研究使用ArcIMS作为WebGIS的解决方案,建立了都江堰灌区水资源WebGIS,使资源数据和GIS分析功能由本地管理、封闭运用转变为开放管理、网络共享。首先介绍了系统开发平台及开发环境,接着阐述了系统设计目标及体系结构、技术流程,最后对各个系统功能的实现作了说明。

With the rapid development of the Web and GIS technologies, it has been feasible and necessary to design a water resouce information managing system based on WebGIS. The WebGIS＇ s solution based on the ArclMS is researched in this paper, and Dujiangyan water resouce WebGIS is built, which make the resources data and analysis function of GIS from local management, closed use to open management, network share. This paper introduces the system development platform and environment first, then describes the system design goal and structure, and technical process. At last, the realization of system functions are introduced.
