At present, a lot of efforts have been devoted to the construction of a harmonious society. As an important part of the teachers and management teams, our instructors are playing an essential role as to construct a harmonious campus. This article will analyze the unharmonious current situations in the instructors＇ team and the significance of constructing it in view of harmony, based on which some countermeasures will be given.
