摘要
随着3S(GIS/RS/GPS)技术的飞速发展,地理信息系统正经历着由二维向三维转变的一个过程,三维地理信息系统己成为当前GIS领域的发展趋势。本文主要阐述了二维GIS与三维仿真结合的城市规划信息系统的设计与实现。
With the rapid development of 3S （GIS/RS/GPS） , the GIS is transferring from 2 dimension to 3 dimension. 3D GIS now is becoming the tendency of the development of the GIS. It is summarying the process of the Design and Actualization of Urban Planning information system Combining 2D Gis and 3D simulation.
